Q: How will I upload my artwork?
A: Once you’ve chosen your item and the order has been processed, you will be emailed a link to upload your artwork which is specific to your job
Q: Can I order more than one item on each order?
A: Yes, orders will be held in your basket until you checkout
Q: Will I get an invoice?
A: You will be sent a payment confirmation by email on receipt of payment. A VAT invoice will be included with your delivered item
Q: Do prices include VAT?
A: No – VAT will be added on to your order price at the current VAT rate
Q: How do I pay and is it secure?
A: Payment for all items is taken securely online via debit or credit card by Protx, one of the UK’s best known methods of online processing
Q: How long will my order take?
A: Between 5 to 7 working days from receipt of artwork
Q: Can I have items delivered to more than one address?
A: Yes. The free delivery only applies to delivery to one UK address – any additional deliveries will be recharged at cost
Q: Can I put my printed letterheads through my laser printer?
A: Yes
Q: Is this everything that Bannermandirect prints?
